Silicone sealant usage

First, pre-construction preparation and requirements

Temperature 4 °C ~ 40 °C, humidity 40% ~ 80% of the environment. Out of range, confirm whether construction can be carried out within the warranty period.

Second, the construction process

1. Clean the substrate

The part to be bonded should be kept clean and must be applied within one hour, otherwise it will be cleaned again.

2. Apply primer

Check if you need to apply primer. Apply glue within 5 minutes to ensure optimal adhesion.

The diameter of the foam stick should be larger than the width of the glue seam to avoid damage.

4. Plastic injection

The squeeze action should be continuous and uniform to prevent bubbles from moving too fast.

5. Trimming

Scrape the surface of the interface, make full contact with the interface, and remove the protective tape.

6. Maintenance

In the early stage of curing, the surface of the rubber seam is not uneven and cracking.
